All skill levels are accommodated at Future Star Lacrosse Camp!
Beginning players will learn the basics of how to catch, throw, shoot, and field ground balls. Basic defense and offense will be introduced as well as the rules of the game.
Intermediate players will work to improve their stick handling, passing, shooting, dodging, and defensive skills.
Advanced players will learn skills that will enable them to improve both their individual and team skills. Ambidextrous catching, throwing, and shooting will be emphasized in scrimmages.
